Letting Out Commercial Property

Many Landlords will use a Commercial Agent to market their commercial property, advise them on the most suitable terms to offer and agree Heads of Terms with the prospective Tenant.

Some landlords will not use an agent. Once a Tenant has been found they will ask us to agree the detailed provisions with the Tenant.

However, if Landlords come to us sufficiently early we can discuss with them the important issues they would want to consider when letting their property and the various options available to them.

If you are considering letting a property please do get in touch. The cost estimate may not be as bad as you expect and it could save you time and money in the long run.
